Introduction to CMMI-DEV v1.3

This course provides an Introduction to CMMI and shares a model-based process improvement approach. During the course, an overview of CMMI components is covered with a focus on Institutionalization of Processes. The primary focus of the training is the process areas of the CMMI-DEV model and the options to select an appropriate approach from the structure of the continuous and staged representations. The steps that need to be taken to make CMMI a successful effort are discussed.

Check/Purchase Order - Upon receipt of Registration, SES will email an invoice for the course to the email address provided. Payment of the invoice will be required prior to the start of the course.

Refund Policy:

To receive a refund, you must notify us of the cancellation at least two weeks prior to the course start date. All refunds are subject to an administration fee of $25.00. No refunds will be issued after the two week grace period. Attendees may, however, choose to transfer to a later date or may send a substitute in their place. All attendees must send an e-mail notification to informing us of the intent to cancel, transfer, or send a substitute.
