CMMI for Configuration Managers

DESCRIPTION

This course provides Configuration Management (CM) professionals an overview of CMMI, benefits and Return on Investment (ROI), and key challenges that a CM faces both at the project and enterprise level. This course will assist the attendees to address the typical challenges as well as how to be a successful and respected CM. The course also focuses on the must do things from the CMMI models perspective to ensure that the project or enterprise is compliant with CMMI practices at a specific maturity level.
